Position Overview

We are inviting motivated individuals to join us as Management Trainee (Fencing & Character Development) — a structured program designed to build future leaders in both sports education and business management.

This is not just a coaching job. You’ll be part of a leadership development pathway that combines hands‑on coaching, program operations, and team management. Through mentoring and structured training, you’ll learn to manage classes, events, and club operations — preparing you for future leadership roles within the organization.

No fencing experience is required — we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your passion, humility, and drive to learn.
