A leading company in the service industry is seeking a fresh graduate to assist in store operations at City Hall. Monthly Salary: up to $3,500
Working Hours: Shift Based (4 Rest Days per month)

Job Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day store operations including customer service, food/beverage preparation, cashiering, and stock management.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to company and regulatory guidelines.
Learn and follow all SOPs for service excellence.
Support senior staff in team supervision, shift scheduling, and task delegation.
Learn how to motivate and lead a team to achieve operational goals.
Monitor service standards and assist in handling customer feedback or complaints.
Assist in stock-taking and inventory control.
Learn to manage ordering, receiving, and storage procedures.
Understand daily sales processes and help prepare end-of-day reports.
Learn how to analyze sales and performance data for decision-making.
Participate in training new staff.
