Job description

In the initial stage, you will need to work as a service crew member at the store. The main focus is to optimize operational processes through hands-on practice and to learn attentive and thoughtful service. This will also help you gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the company’s culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Before Service

  1. Check all areas of the store, such as the storefront, lighting, air conditioning, TV, POS system, and all equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
  2. Prepare food sufficiently and carry out a final pre-service check.

During Service

  1. Greet customers warmly with a smile.
  2. Assist customers in placing their orders and introduce our signature and best-selling items.
  3. Understand customers’ taste preferences, such as whether they like spicy food or not, and any food allergies. Recommend suitable products accordingly.
  4. When serving food, quickly and accurately fulfill any special requests, such as extra spicy, less spicy, or adding cheese.
  5. Always check in with customers to gather feedback on the food and handle any dissatisfaction immediately. If a customer is not satisfied with the taste, offer to change the item. If they are unhappy with the wait time or anything else, offer a drink or fries as a gesture—never let the customer leave unhappy.
  6. Make proper use of staff empowerment to reduce customer churn, develop new customers, and encourage repeat visits. Report relevant information to the store manager.
  7. See customers off as they leave and remind them to take their belongings.
  8. Keep the service area surfaces and floors clean and tidy.
  9. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Closing Duties

  1. Ensure all items are put back in place and cleaned properly.
  2. Take photos of all closing tasks and send them to the work group chat.
  3. Complete a thorough handover to avoid affecting the next day's operations.
  4. Turn off all equipment except the refrigerator, Wifi and lock the door.

In the later stage, when the store expands, you will need to liaise with landlords in Singapore, primarily handling shop leasing and negotiation matters. You will also be responsible for communicating with the back-end supply chain regarding product standardization, as well as managing inventory and logistics operations.
