  • Learn and assist in daily restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH tasks.
  • Understand and support inventory management, food preparation, and customer service.
  • Participate in staff scheduling, team supervision, and shift management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Assist in managing customer satisfaction and handling complaints effectively.
  • Analyze sales performance and contribute to business improvement strategies.
  • Attend training sessions and complete evaluations to track progress.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve operational and financial goals.

Job description

Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: Up to $3300
  • Monday - Sunday (11am-10.00pm) *2.30pm-5.30pm break (close store)
  • Quarterly bonus, meals provided, joining bonus
Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and assist in daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) tasks.
  • Understand and support inventory management, food preparation, and customer service.
  • Participate in staff scheduling, team supervision, and shift management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Assist in managing customer satisfaction and handling complaints effectively.
  • Analyze sales performance and contribute to business improvement strategies.
  • Attend training sessions and complete evaluations to track progress.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve operational and financial goals.
