Selected candidates will receive one-to-one mentoring, a clear path to management, and exposure across multiple departments to build essential sales and leadership skills.

Remuneration is competitive with a basic package up to SGD 5,000 monthly, including an entry-level option at SGD 2,500. No office politics and a culture of sharing support career growth.

Job description

Our Management Trainee Program includes and not limited to the following benefits:

Basic remuneration up to $5,000 monthly ($2,500 for entry level)

o High and negotiable basic allowance for entry level or mid-career switch candidates

Requirements:

• Singaporean and permanent resident preferred
• Candidate must already possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree
• Candidate must possess qualities of versatility, resilience and willingness to learn
• Candidate without experience are still welcomed to apply

Selected candidates will go through a comprehensive set of training and build up your fundamentals in sales. After which, you will be rotated through various departments and build on your leadership skills in order to be part of our management team. This provides great exposure for future management of various departments.
