Job Summary:
Basic Salary + Fixed Allowances
AWS, Performance Bonus (2-3 months on average)
Yearly Salary Increment
Job Scopes:
Registration for customers & appointment booking
Advise customers on the applications available on the mobile app
Handle customers' email & phone enquiries - such as appointment, payment transaction
Backend support duties, assist in clerical and data entry
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Possess a minimum Degree in any related field
Possess some experience in any front-line customer service
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
