Job description

Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary + Fixed Allowances

  • AWS, Performance Bonus (2-3 months on average)

  • Yearly Salary Increment

Job Scopes:

  • Registration for customers & appointment booking

  • Advise customers on the applications available on the mobile app

  • Handle customers' email & phone enquiries - such as appointment, payment transaction

  • Backend support duties, assist in clerical and data entry

  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum Degree in any related field

  • Possess some experience in any front-line customer service

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
