Job summary

ASK Training is a SkillsFuture-accredited Continuing Education & Training centre expanding across the region. We are seeking a proactive Management Trainee to work directly with the Director of Business Development & Partnerships in Singapore.

You will gain hands-on exposure to real deals, campaigns, and regional expansion, with mentorship and a clear path to grow into a commercial leadership role. Live projects across local and overseas markets await, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Business development: support partner outreach, pitch preparation, proposals, and deal follow-through across local and regional markets.

• Networking: represent ASK Training at industry events and build a contact base.

ASK Training is a SkillsFuture-accredited Continuing Education & Training centre specializing in GenAI, AI literacy, and leadership programmes. We're expanding across the region, and we're looking for a sharp, driven Management Trainee to work directly alongside our Director of Business Development & Partnerships — someone who wants a front-row seat to how deals, campaigns, and partnerships actually get made, and the ambition to run with real responsibility fast.

What You’ll Do

Business development. support partner outreach, pitch preparation, proposals, and deal follow-through across local and regional markets.

Marketing — help plan and execute campaigns, content, and lead-generation initiatives that fill our programmes.

Event management — coordinate booths, roadshows, networking sessions, and launches end to end, from planning to on-the-ground execution.

Networking & relationship-building — represent ASK Training at industry events, build a contact base, and open doors.

Project coordination — act as the right hand to the Director, keeping local and overseas projects on track, on time, and moving forward.

Who We’re Looking For :

• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and juggle multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable with partners, clients, and senior stakeholders. Organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful under pressure.
• Genuinely interested in business, marketing, and the fast-moving world of AI and professional training.
• Willing to travel regionally as projects require.
• A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus — but drive and attitude matter most.
