Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

The Management Trainee provides strategic support in deployed departments across the Group of Companies

such as Operations, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Human Capital, and Sales / Business

Development for 18 to 24 months, learning about business operations and eventually specialise in a particular area depending on interest and organisational needs.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To provide executive and administrative support to the management and/or HODs in the deployed departments.
  2. To participate in company certification and quality assurance programmes.
  3. To represent the company at corporate events and trade shows.
  4. To update manuals and documentation such as SOPs.
  5. To participate in strategic planning and implementation of policies and assist management with the implementation of new policies.
  6. To assist in company digitisation efforts and IT administration.
  7. To record company meetings and coordinate meetings as committee secretary.
  8. To organise and participate in company internal events and programmes.
  9. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations, including adhoc deployment for projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Preferable to have at least one year of working experience in any generalist fields such as marketing, HR, finance.
  2. Willingness to be rotated between various departments and positions for career progression.
  3. Minimum degree holder with good results.
  4. Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
