You will be learning both Kitchen and Service during training period.
Job Duties Service:
• Serve food and drinks to customers
• Attending to customers’ needs.
• Cashiering.
• Making daily sales report and updating maintenance report.
• Sorting invoices, recording food loss and assisting with petty cash claims.
• Ordering from suppliers, maintaining inventory list and stocktaking.
• Section planning.
• Learn about food and beverage knowledge, and company’s culture.
• Leading store’s daily meeting – reviewing operations and sales.
• Reporting to Store Manager.
• Resolving basic customers’ complaints.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and maintain good personal hygiene to adhere to company’s image.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior/ manager.
Job Duties Kitchen:
• Washing of kitchen equipment.
• Washing and cutting of vegetables, fruits and meat.
• Steaming, boiling, frying, deep-frying (etc.) of food ingredients.
• Cleaning and scrubbing of floor, exhaust, wall, refrigerator, drain, etc.
• Wiping of countertops and surfaces.
• Preparation of customers’ orders.
• Garnishing of dishes.
• Rotate and date stock to ensure proper quality is maintained.
• Ordering food ingredients from suppliers.
• Maintaining inventory list, and stock management.
• Training and coaching of staff.
• Follow up on SOP.
• Prepare maintenance report, food loss report.
• Planning of weekly schedule.
• Cooking of staff meal.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and maintain good personal hygiene to adhere to company’s image.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior/ manager.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Degree, Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable.
