Job Overview

The Management Trainee role is designed to develop high-potential graduates or early-career professionals into future leaders through hands-on experience, structured training, and cross-functional exposure. The trainee will support daily operations, participate in strategic projects, and gain a comprehensive understanding of business functions to prepare for a supervisory or managerial role.

Job Description

  • As a management trainee, you will be given the opportunity to understand our various hotel operations and learn the scope with hands-on experience in all departments including but not limited to:

    • Concierge, Front Office, Reservation, Room Service

    • Food & Beverage outlets and Banquets

    • Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management

    • Finance and Human Resource

  • Deliverables includes report weekly activities with comments/observations of the various tasks of the hotel operations activities during on-the-job training periods undertaken

  • You will be responsible to the meet the requirements and expectation for all tasks as assigned

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Law,Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative and a self-starter

  • Leadership/People management with strong decision-making skills
