Job Description
As a management trainee, you will be given the opportunity to understand our various hotel operations and learn the scope with hands-on experience in all departments including but not limited to:
Concierge, Front Office, Reservation, Room Service
Food & Beverage outlets and Banquets
Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management
Finance and Human Resource
Deliverables includes report weekly activities with comments/observations of the various tasks of the hotel operations activities during on-the-job training periods undertaken
You will be responsible to the meet the requirements and expectation for all tasks as assigned
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Law,Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative and a self-starter
Leadership/People management with strong decision-making skills
