Overall description
· Location: Singapore
· Part-time role
Centre Operations & Administration
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the centre
Monitor and ensure compliance with operational policies and safety procedures
Manage centre facilities, including scheduling of classes, inventory, and resources
Customer Experience & Parent Communication
Build strong relationships with parents and students through regular communication and timely updates
Handle feedback and concerns with professionalism and care
Organise small-scale events such as education talks
Sales, Marketing & Enrolment
Drive student enrolment by working with the marketing lead on outreach campaigns and conversion strategies
Follow up with prospective customers and share about the centre’s programmes
Monitor and report on enrolment targets and customer trends
Programme Support
Work with the Lead Learning Coach and teaching team to ensure high standards of programme delivery
Maintain class quality through parent feedback and student performance tracking
Support curriculum enhancements and pilot new initiatives
Requirements
A recognised degree in Education, English Language, or a related field
Relevant experience in a managerial or customer-facing role, preferably in the education or enrichment sector
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a passion for working with parents and children
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
