Learning Playground Language Centre is dedicated to nurturing confident, creative, and articulate learners through high-quality English language programmes and learning experiences. Over the years, we have produced quality curriculum resources, published creative writing books, and designed fun-filled learning experiences for our students.

Overall description

· Location: Singapore

· Part-time role

Centre Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the centre

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with operational policies and safety procedures

  • Manage centre facilities, including scheduling of classes, inventory, and resources

Customer Experience & Parent Communication

  • Build strong relationships with parents and students through regular communication and timely updates

  • Handle feedback and concerns with professionalism and care

  • Organise small-scale events such as education talks

Sales, Marketing & Enrolment

  • Drive student enrolment by working with the marketing lead on outreach campaigns and conversion strategies

  • Follow up with prospective customers and share about the centre’s programmes

  • Monitor and report on enrolment targets and customer trends

Programme Support

  • Work with the Lead Learning Coach and teaching team to ensure high standards of programme delivery

  • Maintain class quality through parent feedback and student performance tracking

  • Support curriculum enhancements and pilot new initiatives

Requirements

  • A recognised degree in Education, English Language, or a related field

  • Relevant experience in a managerial or customer-facing role, preferably in the education or enrichment sector

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused with a passion for working with parents and children

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
