Job Description:
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel in a managerial role. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training and gain exposure to various business functions, preparing you for leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured rotation across key departments, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and logistics.
• Learn and understand the company’s core business operations, strategies, and values.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and deliver solutions.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Shadow senior managers and learn from their leadership styles and decision-making processes.
• Lead and manage assigned tasks or small-scale projects under supervision.
• Gain insights into customer management, supplier negotiations, and operational workflows.
• Demonstrate progress and capabilities through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Willingness to take on diverse roles and responsibilities during the training period.
