Job summary

Matrix Math is hiring a Math Teacher / Management Trainee to deliver engaging primary-level Math lessons and to track student progress while supporting centre operations. The role focuses on developing teaching and leadership skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate holder; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Math and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork across teaching and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Math lessons to primary students using provided materials.
• Monitor and assess student progress; provide updates to parents.
• Foster a fun, inclusive classroom that encourages participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success.

Job Summary

Join Matrix Math as a Math Teacher / Management Trainee to deliver engaging lessons to primary students, track their progress, and support centre operations while developing your teaching and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Math lessons to primary students using provided materials to enhance understanding of concepts and problem-solving techniques
• Monitor and assess student progress by marking work and providing regular updates to parents
• Foster a fun, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success and address learning needs
• Support centre operations and participate in management trainee activities to develop leadership and business management skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or relevant certificate (fresh graduates welcome)
• Proficiency in Math and English; ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for teaching children demonstrated by a positive, energetic approach
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team member
• Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training
• Must be able to commit till Dec 2027 before applying
