Job summary

A Singaporean auditing firm is seeking a Lead Auditor to oversee internal audit processes for quality and environmental management systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of lead auditor experience in the EMS environment, understanding of various ISO standards, and strong report writing skills. Job description

Responsibilities:

• Execute the internal audit processes for quality management system (ISO9001, ISO13485), environmental, health and safety management system (ISO14001 and ISO45001), labor and ethics management system, information security management system and Explosive environment management system
• Train internal auditors, and lead internal audits.
• Auditor guide for external Certification Body auditors, as well as customer auditors on management system.
• Monitor the regular tasks of management system to ensure that the tasks are carried out on a timely basis and records provided
• Administer the Green Data Management (GDM), and reports on the compliance of products to RoHS, REACH, toxicity assessment and other substance regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Lead auditor experience in EMS environment
• ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO45001, ISO 14001, ISMS 27001
• Report writing
• Knowledge of Environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH, etc.) compliance assessment
• Customer or external auditor interfacing experience
