Job summary

UNITED OILFIELD ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. seeks an expert in QMS documentation with deep API standards experience to lead quality management efforts in manufacturing and repair of API products.

The role focuses on audits, process inspections, and continuous improvement of API threads and related operations. The ideal candidate will hold ISO 9001:2015 Lead/Internal Auditor or API Q1 Practitioner credentials, and have hands-on experience with API 6A, 7-2, 4F, and 5CT across machine shop

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in machine shop (manufacturing/servicing API products).
• Qualified ISO 9001:2015 Lead/Internal auditor or API Q1 Practitioner.
• Experience facing API audits at MR capacity in previous company.
• Full product knowledge of API 6A, API 7-2, API 4F, API 5CT.
• Experience in API Machine shop (Manufacturing/Repair/Maintenance), CNC turning and Milling.
• Good and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure API standards compliance during manufacturing and repair processes.
• Conduct inspections and audits for CNC turning and milling operations.
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation and procedures for API threads and processes.
• Support internal audits, management reviews, and process inspections to verify API Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Liaise with customers and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.

Job description

• 1. Should be a Expert in QMS documentation.
• 2. Utilize the extensive API thread experience to ensure compliance with API standards, including API 7-2, 5B, 5CT during the manufacturing and repair process.
• 3. Expert in API Q1 requirements.
• 4. Conduct the Inspections and auditing in CNC turning and milling operations, including machining, threading, and gauging, to verify compliance with API specifications.
• 5. Implement and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions specific to API threads and special process.
• 6. Implementing and maintaining quality management systems, specifically API Q1 and ISO 9001:2015, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• 7. Support the reporting supervisor for internal audits, Management reviews, and process inspections to assess compliance with API Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• 8. Liaise with customers and fulfill the requirements on time.

Requirements :

• 1. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in machine shop (manufacturing/servicing API products).
