Job description

Administrators are intelligent, hands-on managers & executives involved in the direct day-to-day operations of a tuition centre - performing all functions with the exception of teaching. As the first point of contact for our students and parents, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience with us. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in ensuring smooth daily operations.

For full-timers:
You need to have at least a Diploma certification. No relevant experience is required.

Intelligent, responsible fresh diploma graduates are welcome for this position.

You must also possess excellent communication & multi-tasking skills.

We are looking for Full-Time Staff to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centre in Fernvale and Buangkok.

  • Lastly, we will pay you a GOOD salary because we all need money to survive, don't we? We are NOT low-balling employers who try to “cut” you by giving you a low salary and telling you to "you learn first, we see how next time"... but the next time never comes…

We are looking for suitable Full-time Staff to work on:

  • Tuesday to Friday 1:30pm to 9:30pm

  • Saturday 8:30am to 6:00pm

(Full-timers must be able to commit for minimally 1 year, 5 days a week inclusive of 1 weekend)
