Responsibilities
- Support to HR team the end-to-end hiring process, posting job vacancy, arrange interview, managing employee onboarding. Update existing employee records, HR database.
- Prepare employee letters, contracts, reports. Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, optimization efforts. Serve as main contact for employee employment issues.
- Support HR team to implement innovative HR strategies that support talent attraction, development, retention. Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, performance.
- Manage employee relations, performance management. Conduct job analysis, forecasting to determine future staffing needs.
- Organize meeting, assist planning company events. Oversee daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations. Monitor office inventory, equipment, maintenance contracts and track company assets.

- Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
- Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
Experience in beauty services.
