Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
- Develop strategic business plans for revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor restaurant managers.
- Oversee the overall operations of one or multiple restaurant outlets to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead and mentor restaurant managers and key staff; provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, service, food safety, and financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food hygiene standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures across all departments
- Analyze sales, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Oversee recruitment, staff scheduling, and workforce planning
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships; oversee procurement and inventory management
- Drive customer service excellence and resolve high-level customer complaints when necessary
- Implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with marketing teams to boost brand visibility and sales
- Ensure consistency in service and food quality across all locations
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards
