About the job:

This role placement, which could be contractual, depends on your skillset, interview performance and the client project you are assigned to. We will provide full details about your client engagement and employment type before your start date.

As a Management Consultant you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge of a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.
">You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. • Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission
• Conduct research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks
  Adhere and comply with all AML regulations
• Provide support in system enhancements by providing requirements knowledge and subject matter expertise to the team
• Document the project into systems and processes for management review
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
• Support team members with other project activities

About you:

• Degree holder
• Prior experience as Project Manager and Business System Analyst or Functional Business Analyst for enterprise banking technology roll outs
• Experience with AML/KYC and Compliance topics/technology and change management:
  Transaction Monitoring for AML (systems + domain)
  Name and Payment Screening (systems + Domain)
  Watchlist management
  Alert Dispositioning, management and workflows
• Enterprise KYC/Client lifecycle management
• Capable of applying technology principles to business
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
