Job description

Our client is an innovative and forward looking conglomerate, with diversified businesses and significant investments across Asia Pacific. Their unique approach to human resources requires this person to partner with businesses as a coach, tailoring performance and developmental insights, to drive growth and organizational development.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will engage with senior leaders and high potential individuals to work through and support them on their transformative journey. Coaching conversations include understanding of the HR philosophy of the organization and how to apply that as leaders, fostering open communications around individual and organizational goals and navigating conversations on performance improvement and conflict management, amongst others. In addition, you will utilize assessment and coaching tools to recommend developmental programs for the coachees.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

Must Haves:

  • A good degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or other relevant qualifications.
  • At least 12 years experiences in Human Resources, within Organizational Development, Learning and Development or as a HR Business Partner.
  • Demonstrated track record of coaching business leaders on various aspects of HR issues, with a focus on business and individual performance.
  • Deep and broad understanding of employment law, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development and rewards.
  • Open minded, adaptable, with strong communication skills.

Good to Haves:

  • Professional Coaching credentials (ICF, PCC, MCC) are good to have but not essential.
