Their unique approach to human resources requires this person to partner with businesses as a coach, tailoring performance and developmental insights, to drive growth and organizational development.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will engage with senior leaders and high potential individuals to work through and support them on their transformative journey. Coaching conversations include understanding of the HR philosophy of the organization and how to apply that as leaders, fostering open communications around individual and organizational goals and navigating conversations on performance improvement and conflict management, amongst others. In addition, you will utilize assessment and coaching tools to recommend developmental programs for the coachees.
