Job Scope – Management Business Partner Administrator
Leistritz is a privately owned German engineering company operating in multiple industries such as plastics recycling, alternative meat, energy, production technology, and precision engineering. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals eager to learn and advance their careers within an expanding German MNC located in Singapore.
Preferred candidates are Singaporean or Permanent Residents.
Office/General
- Office operation and upkeep – ensure cleanliness and order.
- Liaise with vendors regarding pricing, office supplies, and facilities contracts.
- Manage business travel arrangements and invoicing, including guest hosting.
- Manage service providers such as IT and other suppliers.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mails, including letterbox, email, and courier.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Accounting
- Manage petty cash flow and invoices.
- Process travel expenses and other claims.
- Liaise on customer payment updates and related issues.
- Assist with finance support on a freelance basis as needed.
HR
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of staff.
- Maintain the 'New Employee Starter Kit'.
- Manage leave for all staff.
- Assist with recruitment advertisements, performance appraisals, and other HR tasks.
- Submit weekly headcount reports.
Marketing
- Support seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and academy events for Leistritz.
- Submit weekly and month-end order and sales reports, updated by LSEA management.
- Expedite deliveries and prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for customs clearance.
- Occasionally support branding, CRM maintenance, and marketing collateral arrangements with HQ.
IT Support
- Support local IT vendors with email, VPN, and CRM account setup with HQ.
- Procure laptops, IT accessories, company mobiles, etc.
- Liaise with the IT department on updates, issues, and feedback (telephone, email, NAS server).
- Support future IT system upgrades.
