Job Descriptions:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries and roles
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various jobs platforms
• Build strong candidate pipelines
• Maintain high-quality service standards to meet placement targets
• Collaborate with Business Development team for client success
• Progressively take on mentorship, Key Performance Index analysis, and team leadership responsibilities to prepare for a Team Manager role

Who we are looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field such as Business, HR
• Candidates with 0-2 years of recruitment, sales, or HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for people
• Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a management role
• Resilient, adaptable, and highly motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
