Job description

The Management Associate programme offers 2 years of accelerated learning through structured rotations between various departments & concepts of The Lo & Behold Group. Within each department & concept, you will be directly supporting the senior leadership teams in all aspects of running a successful business.

For example, you can expect to

  • Run business performance analysis reports for all TLBG’s venues
  • Create feasibility studies for new project launches
  • Lead engagements with external partners and clients
  • Support key HQ functions (HR / Finance / Data Analytics / Property & Project Management)
  • Work shifts at restaurants to learn the ropes of the hospitality industry

The work we do translates into lasting memories and moments that shape our guests’ experience of the city. You will be directly involved in Making Our City More Lovable, through everyday opportunities for intentional hospitality.

For the first 4 months, your time would be spent:

  • Supporting Venue operations, 2 days a week
  • Supporting HQ operations, 3 days a week

For the following 20 months, your time would be spent:

  • Supporting HQ operations, 5 days a week

Job Scopes:

At TLBG HQ:

  • Lead business performance analysis and reporting for all TLBG venues
  • Support business development projects
  • Assist leaders in conducting business analysis & feasibility studies
  • Participate in rotational assignments across various departments and functions to develop broad understanding of our business

At the Venues:

  • Participate in rotational assignments across various TLBG venues to develop broad understanding of our business
  • Assist the respective venue leaders in rostering, management reports, manpower planning, and business development & optimisation
  • Reporting to the respective venue leaders
  • Fulfill the job scope of the operations position identified at each venue
