Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in management consultancy, banking, finance, asset management, trust, or insurance is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to drive results independently while collaborating with a team.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred to engage with Mandarin-speaking partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with UHNW individuals and their businesses.

• Liaise with private banks to optimize client solutions.
• Establish and advise on SFOs and MFOs.
• Offer strategic planning for generational wealth transfer.
• Deliver high-net-worth insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Assist with trust structures, buy-sell agreements, and tax optimization strategies.
• Implement asset ring-fencing and risk mitigation strategies.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Build and maintain relationships with UHNW individuals and their businesses
• Provide bespoke investment advice and manage discretionary portfolios
• Liaise with private banks to optimize client solutions
• Establish and advise on Single Family Offices (SFOs) and Multi Family Offices (MFOs)
• Offer strategic planning for generational wealth transfer
• Deliver high-net-worth insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Assist with trust structures, buy-sell agreements, and tax optimization strategies
• Implement asset ring-fencing and risk mitigation strategies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Prior experience in Management Consultancy, Banking, Finance, Asset Management, Trust, or Insurance is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders
• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to drive results independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin would be preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners from China
