About Us:

About the Program

The GAR Management Associate Program is a 2-year immersive program, designed to shape future leaders. You’ll gain real-world experience through cross-functional rotations, structured learning, and mentoring – building the skills needed to thrive in the dynamic world of agribusiness.

What You’ll Experience

• Rotations across key business units
• Mentoring with leaders
• On-the-job training, technical, soft skills & leadership training
• Projects focused on sustainability, innovation, operational excellence & automation
• Global exposure through HQ and/or regional office assignments

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh Graduates – at least a 2nd Class (Upper) honours degree in business, economics, logistics, supply chain management, engineering or related fields.
• Track record of non-academic, co-curricular activites
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, driven and ambitious in the delivery of results.
• Confident communicator, collaborative team player
• Passionate about agribusiness and sustainability
• Open to relocation and regional travel
