Program Overview

The Cathay United Bank Management Associate (MA) program is a structured 2-year development program designed to groom young talents in Singapore Branch through cross-functional exposure, mentorship and external trainings to prepare the MA for Corporate Banking roles within the bank post-program. During the course of the 2-year program, candidate will have the opportunity to complete a structured rotation across key functions within the Bank with each rotation lasting between 3 to 6 months. We are looking for a well-rounded individual to embark on a meaningful journey with us. Our upcoming MA intake and start date will commence 1 Sep 2025.

Requirements

A successful candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Fresh graduate or an early-career professional with less than 2 years of working experience
• Hold a Bachelor or Master's degree from a recognised university in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields
• Demonstrated academic excellence (minimum second class / cum laude)
• Excellent co-circular activities track record and/or proven student leadership experience
