We are looking for fresh graduates or industry convertees to join us as Management Associates. A comprehensive 3-year Management Associate Programme has been developed to train and groom suitable candidates to take on specialist functions. High-performing candidates can look forward to growth and pursuing management leadership careers in the insurance industry.

The programme includes a 21-month on-the-job rotation across different specialty functions, where product knowledge training, know-hows, and hands-on work will be provided. Additionally, there may be up to a 3-month overseas attachment and business exposure. Upon successful completion of the 2-year programme, you will be appointed to a specialised function to gain real work experience for the following year.
