Job summary

SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a marketing communications professional to plan events, activations, and campaigns across retail centers in Singapore. You will support tenants with promotional ideas, coordinate with agencies for social media, and keep websites updated with timely content.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing communications or related fields, with strong writing and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications, retail marketing or events.
• Experience in shopping malls and tenant engagement is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events and activations to drive engagement.
• Support tenants with campaign ideas and co-branded marketing materials.
• Provide tenants with updates on events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Liaise with agencies to manage social media accounts and content creation.
• Ensure the website is updated with relevant content and promotions.
• Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance and KPIs.
• Handle marketing-related administrative tasks including POs and invoices.
• Cover Concierge counter when needed.
