PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd recherche un professionnel pour rejoindre son équipe de conciergerie. Le poste implique la supervision des opérations, la gestion des retours clients, et le soutien administratif dans un environnement dynamique. Les candidats doivent avoir une formation en affaires ou en hôtellerie, avec de l'expérience en service client, surtout dans les secteurs de l'hôtellerie ou des compagnies aériennes.
Working location: Orchard
Working hours: 5 days per week (Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays)
Shift hours: Morning – 930am to 7pm/ Afternoon – 1245pm to 1015pm
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Concierge Counter.
Attend to customer enquiries and feedback.
Support any general admin duties such as related marketing activities, managing gift voucher sales and reimbursement.
Provide administrative and logistics support such as managing lucky draws, gifts redemption for promotional campaigns and monitoring of inventory and logistics of premiums and equipment.
All other matters relating to Customer Service and Concierge Counter.
Assist with any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma and/or equivalent in Business Administration/ Tourism and Hospitality
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Customer service preferably in the hotel and/or airline industry.
First aid and AED training is advantageous.
Able to multi-task and possess strong communication skills.
Strong customer service orientated and able to work independently.
Able to commit to weekends and public holidays.
