About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mala Hotpot restaurant manager to lead our team at our new restaurant location in the Sengkang / Paya Lebar North-East region. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
What you'll be doing
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service
Manage and schedule restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen assistants
Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
Monitor food quality, inventory, and costs to maintain profitability
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
Implement and maintain safety and sanitation protocols to comply with health regulations
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and events to drive business
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of Mala Hotpot cuisine and restaurant operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in inventory management and cost control
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
