About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mala Hotpot restaurant manager to lead our team at our new restaurant location in the Sengkang / Paya Lebar North-East region. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service

  • Manage and schedule restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen assistants

  • Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service

  • Monitor food quality, inventory, and costs to maintain profitability

  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies

  • Implement and maintain safety and sanitation protocols to comply with health regulations

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and events to drive business

What we're looking for
