Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in Sichuan/Mala cuisine is required, especially in preparing Mala and Sichuan Grilled Fish.
2. Ability to work independently and be responsible for sales and company, including food cost control, staff management, hygiene, and workplace safety.
3. Salary ranges from $2500 to $5000. Allowances and commissions will be informed upon shortlisting.
4. Work location: West area of Singapore, at a food court and coffee shop stall.
