Who You'll Work With

We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to fulfill the role of Major Account Manager within our growing Sales organization in Singapore. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, consider joining Arista Networks.

Be part of a team driving transformation to Software Defined Cloud Networking through automated solutions for a targeted list of Enterprise accounts.

What You'll Do

  1. Responsible for consultative selling and solution development to address large enterprise needs within a select list of Fortune 500 or Global 2000 accounts.
  2. Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across Arista's product portfolio, including Data Centre and Campus Networking platforms, Cloud-based Wi-Fi and PoE switches, Routing Platforms, Cloud Vision (network automation & telemetry), DMF Fabric Monitoring, NDR, Endpoint, and AI-driven Network Identity Management solutions.
  3. Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  4. Create and execute targeted account plans with partner managers and sales engineering teams.
  5. Generate customer demand through pre-engagement planning, research, and solution alignment.
  6. Manage and align business priorities from Year 1 to Year 3 within the account territory.
  7. Develop marketing strategies aligned with accounts and territory.
Qualifications

You are a driven sales leader with a proven record of closing large enterprise deals. You will possess:

  • At least 8+ years of sales experience, focusing on developing large enterprise and Fortune Southeast Asia 500 customers.
  • Experience in industries such as Finance/Mega Bank, Public Sector, or Telco.
  • Experience handling 2-3 countries in Southeast Asia.
  • Working knowledge of networking equipment (Router, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV), data centers, or network automation solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA) or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Southeast Asian language.
  • Resident in Singapore with valid work rights; relocation is not offered.
  • Proven leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience navigating end-user requirements through contracting and resale processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop business plans, document processes, and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
