• Familiar with various types of manufacturing machinery and equipment.

• Identify basic mechanical or electrical issues and escalate for investigation.
• Participate in preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Job description

• Salary $2500 - $3500 + Allowance + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Boon Lay
• Working hours: 4 days, 12 Hours Permanent Night Shift (9pm to 9am)
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machine components to maintain performance.
• Identify basic mechanical or electrical issues and escalate them to the Team Lead for further investigation.
• Carry out minor equipment repairs and component replacements (e.g., belts, filters), ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in preventive maintenance tasks to help minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Record maintenance tasks performed and materials used, ensuring accurate and up-to-date logs.
• Collaborate with machine operators and technicians to address equipment-related concerns and maintain production flow.
• Adhere to safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
• Perform ad-hoc requests as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Technical certification or equivalent.
• Possess minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, familiar with various types of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  

Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints and schematics, basic computer skills
