Job description

What You'll Do:

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including sweeping leaves, changing light bulbs, and door lock batteries.

Conduct regular house inspections and wall painting.

Utilize water jet equipment for cleaning outdoor areas (front yard porch, backyard drain).

Undertake minor furniture repairs and reconditioning.

Handle simple plumbing jobs such as unclogging drains, replacing faucets, and fixing toilet problems.

Manage a structured work schedule based on operational needs, including room status, arrivals, and departures.

Distribute linen, towels, and room supplies efficiently.

Be on standby during weekends for Noise Patrol Management as required (with appropriate compensation).

Perform administrative tasks and operations support as required by the Facilities Manager from time to time.

Requirement:

-Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman tasks, and basic plumbing.

-Ability to manage a range of practical tasks efficiently and independently.

-Reliable, proactive, and with a keen eye for detail.

-Physically fit to handle manual tasks and operate cleaning equipment.

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Annual Leave: Starting from 12 days per year (increasing with service).

Location: Kampong Bahru
