• 3 years of working experience in maintenance and repair of welding machines, overhead cranes, and CNC machines.

Job description

Maintenance Technician (D2)
Basic Salary : $2500-$3500
Working Hours : Mon-Fri | 7.30am-4.30pm
Location : Tuas South

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance and repair of workshop machinery and facility equipment

• Carry-out mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and repair of workshop machinery and facility equipment

• Carry-out mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic control troubleshooting and repair jobs

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with the yearly general machine servicing schedule and checklist

• Carry out machine maintenance record updating and recording

• Use and interpret electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams as trouble shooting guide

• Maintain proper safekeeping of maintenance tools and measuring instruments

• Carry out safety inspection at workplace and follow safety procedures

• Carry out daily housekeeping

• Carry out daily equipment maintenance checks on assigned area

• Perform any other duties as assigned by his Immediate Supervisors

Requirements:

• NTC 3 in Electrical Technology

• 3 years of working experience in the maintenance and repair of welding machines, overhead cranes and CNC machines
