Job Description:

In your role as a Maintenance Technician, you are required to perform hands-on maintenance and repair of automated systems and equipment. You will work closely with our experienced engineering team as well as operations team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

[Preventive and Corrective Maintenance]:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in equipment.
• Repairs and replace faulty components and adjust machinery as needed.
• Document maintenance activities.
• Upkeep spare parts.

[Testing and Quality Assurance]:

• Assist Engineers in machine testing and other required activities.
• Inspect and perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet required standards.

[Collaboration]:

• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

[Safety and Compliance]:

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent, in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willing to be hands on.
• Familiar with industrial automation equipment and tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
