Technician (Building Maintenance)

Are you passionate about building systems and maintenance work? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to be part of our team. If you enjoy hands-on technical work and solving problems to keep facilities running efficiently, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general building maintenance, repair, and servicing works
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems
  • Conduct routine inspections of M&E fixtures, cooling towers, and chillers
  • Supervise term contractors during repair works and M&E system testing
  • Respond promptly to fault reports, service breakdowns, and customer requests
  • Identify and report operational irregularities
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, checklists, and schedules
  • Maintain full compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
  • NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • A reliable team player who is independent, self-motivated, and service-oriented
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
