Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

1. Provide equipment support to production including preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, communications with suppliers.
2. Provide facility support including new installations, repair and replacement of damaged components.
3. Ensure PM activities are carried out according to PM Schedule.
4. Arrange calibration activities with suppliers, perform internal verification, and support facility maintenance activities.
5. Able to read and understand technical manuals and work instructions.
6. Able to read electrical schematic diagrams for electrical/electronic equipment.
7. Able to perform equipment troubleshooting and repair where applicable.
8. Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. NITEC/Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, etc.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in troubleshooting and maintenance activities of mechanical and electronic equipment will be given prior consideration.
3. Keen on learning, team player, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Willing to be hands-on and work with tools.
