ISS International School is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the facilities team. Responsibilities include repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing plumbing tasks, and ensuring the general upkeep of the premises. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in maintenance.

Maintenance Technician provide assistance and support the Assistant Manager, Facilities in the maintenance and housekeeping functions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
Assist in the setup of ventilation, air Conditioning and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
Assist in installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of CCTV, electrical wiring, cabling installation and electronic circuit.
Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
Undertake any other related assignment that may be given by the manager and/or his/her designate.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec (NTC-3) or equivalent qualification in electrical/mechanical.
At least 1 year experience in building maintenance or 2 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as maintenance technician.
Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing work.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Working Schedule
Mon-Fri, 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
