Job Summary:

• Availability to work:
  • Monday to Sunday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment, including safety checks, tracking equipment, and maintaining logs.
• Maintenance of building facilities and systems such as mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-conditioning, and audiovisual equipment.
• Maintenance of furniture and equipment.
• Periodic inspection of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary maintenance.
• Handle technical issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems on-site.
• Address technical and operational issues raised by internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation, including data entry.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• ITE qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance.
• Experience in maintaining mobile medical equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, shower trolleys, hospital beds) is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, good attitude, team spirit, and hands-on approach.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
