You have in-depth mastery of one technical process and maintain that process using progressive maintenance standards, troubleshooting on multiple processes and issues when necessary. You also lead at least one standard work process for your team.

How you will contribute

Without you, we could not deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.

What you will bring

• Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and the advanced skills to maintain equipment at basic conditions, including AM and progressive maintenance (e.g., breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
• Phase 2 tools including AM Step 4, working principle, general inspection, focused improvement 12 steps, and quality management Steps 3-6
• Leading a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support to deliver daily production excellence through:

• Plan & schedule maintenance tasks, manage the maintenance task execution through daily DMS of the technical team
• Troubleshoot and analyze for breakdowns to achieve zero breakdown
• Assess and fix the red tags of abnormalities. Follow up with vendors (Purchase Request/Purchase Order, materials) on the plan to fix the red tags
• Enable area Kaizen execution with idea assessment & technical support

• Collaborate to develop the area maintenance strategy and periodic maintenance plan
• Develop the maintenance standards
• Transfer Preventive Maintenance (PM) task to Autonomous Maintenance (AM) following AM/PM roadmap of PM pillar & AM pillar
• Support to analyze and optimize M&R cost where assigned
• Support to analyze and optimize spare part inventory where assigned
• Manage the SAP PM master data where assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum College Degree in Electrical, Automation, or relevant majors
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent position
• Good problem-solving skill
• Learning agility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
