Responsibilities

• Carry out basic electrical repair works such as replacing light tubes, switches, and power points.
• Fix leaking taps, water pipes, and perform simple plumbing work.
• Conduct minor carpentry repairs — e.g., door hinges, handles, shelves.
• Perform painting, patching, or touch-up work when required.
• Support cleaning and minor renovation works when necessary.
• Check and report any equipment or facility issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in arranging contractor visits and follow up on repair status.
• Ensure maintenance tools and materials are well-kept and organized.
