Job description

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machines, ensuring they are in optimal working condition and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.
• Respond swiftly to machinery malfunctions or breakdowns, minimizing production downtime and ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor equipment operating parameters, updating the monitoring system to ensure all operations align with control specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation and robotic systems, addressing both hardware and software problems effectively and efficiently.
• Keep detailed maintenance records, including repairs, inspections, and preventive tasks performed, to ensure transparent documentation and compliance.
• Participate in work improvement projects, identifying opportunities for enhancing equipment performance and providing trouble reports to inform continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• At least Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical Fitting, or Electronics.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant maintenance or equipment repair role.
• Familiarity with stamping press machines and safety protocols related to machine operation and factory environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
