Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining all production equipment and plant facilities
  • Supervision of maintenance activities within operations
  • Coordinating and supervising external contractors in carrying out maintenance work
  • Maintaining a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities
  • Maintaining a TPM program for all plant facilities and equipment
  • Fabricating jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes
  • Following up on requests from other departments for minor repairs
  • Logging and tracking maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permits, equipment checklists, etc.
  • Daily TPM activities and start-up of facility machines and equipment
  • Upkeep of facility services (e.g., air conditioning, sprinkler systems, plumbing, power, and lighting)
  • Supporting new project implementation (NPI)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Trade certificate, preferably in Electrical/Mechatronic Technology
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Secondary 4 qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in a production plant environment and facilities management
  • Knowledge of PLCs and computer literacy is an advantage
  • Resourceful problem solver willing to work overtime
