Maintenance Supervisor (Vehicle & Facilities)

We are looking for a diligent and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our vehicle fleet and facility operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring all lorries are well-maintained and that all warehouse movements are properly documented and controlled.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate the site weighbridge to control all cargo movement.
  • Conduct thorough checks and halt any undocumented or discrepant cargo (e.g., tonnage mismatches).
  • Perform and schedule routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections for the company's vehicle fleet and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Coordinate the resolution of breakdowns for facilities, fleet, and infrastructure.
  • Arrange for replacement vehicles as required to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Automotive Technician, or in a similar hands-on role.
  2. Strong practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and/or electrical systems.
  3. Meticulous, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  4. Good organizational skills to manage maintenance schedules and records.
  5. Candidates with ITE/Nitec Certificates in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
