Job summary

A leading airport services company located in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor / Senior Supervisor responsible for planning and supervising the maintenance of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a NITEC in Motor Vehicle or related fields, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and be skilled in troubleshooting and supervision. This role emphasizes compliance with safety regulations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic.
  • Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic.
  • Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance.
  • Supervise Maintenance Technicians and ensure compliance with safety policies.
  • Troubleshoot, rectify, and ensure re-activation of equipment.

Job description
Summary

The Supervisor / Senior Supervisor is responsible in planning, supervising, co-ordinates repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure high equipment availability and reliability with safety and optimum cost.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Plan, co-ordinates, and execution on with servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance to comply with safety to ensure minimum downtime
  • Recommend overhaul of equipment to ensure no disruption to operations, best rectification proposal
  • Provide supervision to supervisor/ Maintenance Technician
  • Ensures troubleshooting, rectification, and re-activation of equipment to avoid delays and downtime during breakdown maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures
  • Ensures safety policies, practices and good housekeeping are enforced
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head
Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic
  • Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronic & Pneumatic
