• Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor
• Working Location: Changi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance activities at the assigned client site.
• Ensure technicians carry out equipment maintenance based on the manufacturer's instructions, work procedures, and approved checklists.
• Plan and assign appropriate resources for maintenance and repair jobs ahead of time.
• Troubleshoot and repair MHS equipment as needed.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure timely support.
• Provide training to technicians to improve their skills and work quality.
• Perform other maintenance‑related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Has 3 years of experience working with automation and PLC‑controlled systems.
• Ability to understand and read electrical drawings is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Electrical), E‑Plan, and PLC software is a plus.
