Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in automation and PLC-controlled systems
• Understanding of electrical drawings and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Electrical), E-Plan, and PLC software is an advantage
• Experience with material handling, automation, or conveyor systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team of technicians
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities at the assigned site
• Ensure technicians follow manufacturer instructions and maintenance checklists
• Allocate resources efficiently for maintenance and repairs
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on material handling equipment as needed
• Manage technicians to ensure prompt response and support during non-office hours
• Provide training to technicians to enhance their skills and work quality
• Perform other ad-hoc maintenance duties as assigned
