Job description

Maintenance Specialist

Job Purpose

To implement projects in Sentosa Express. As part of the Technical Consultancy team, the candidate will also provide operational, engineering, and technical support for local and overseas transport projects (MRT, LRT, Monorail, GRT, etc.).

Responsibilities

1. Lead, plan, and manage the overhaul of trains for Sentosa Express.
2. Support various projects in Sentosa Express.
3. Provide expert advice and technical/engineering support for major systems such as signaling, power, communication, SCS, etc.
4. Work closely with Sentosa Development Corporation on relevant projects.
5. Cover duties of the O&M Manager/Engineer during their absence, including overseeing maintenance activities.
6. Conduct system design reviews related to operation, maintenance, and safety.
7. Perform night shifts as required for project implementation.
8. Conduct internal/external safety and quality audits of systems.
9. Assist in preparing operation & maintenance plans for project bidding.
10. Willing to travel overseas as required for project assignments.
11. Work location: Sentosa.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Engineering Degree with 5 years of experience or Diploma with 8 years of experience in railway engineering.
