Maintenance Shift Lead

Job description

• Higher NITEC or NTC 2 with a minimum of 8 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related technical field, with demonstrated expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and ACMV systems. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

• In-depth knowledge of building systems, including electrical systems and air conditioning, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to complex technical issues and emergencies.

• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to supervise and develop staff, and take initiative in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of exchanging clear, straightforward technical information with team members, clients, and management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.

• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset, ensuring effective prioritization and task management.
