Higher NITEC or NTC 2 with a minimum of 8 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related technical field, with demonstrated expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and ACMV systems. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
In-depth knowledge of building systems, including electrical systems and air conditioning, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to complex technical issues and emergencies.
Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to supervise and develop staff, and take initiative in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Excellent communication skills, capable of exchanging clear, straightforward technical information with team members, clients, and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset, ensuring effective prioritization and task management.
